At Copper Cactus Co., your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other guests. If there is not enough time to complete your service, it may be considered a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Head Spa Appointments Head spa services require additional preparation and dedicated appointment time. Because of this, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Emergencies We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
